Re-Create Who You Are

Re-create who you once were and say goodbye to what once was. If you live with uncertainty or have had troubles in your past, change those events. You have to re-create those events and turn them into lessons. Turn those lessons into positives events that will mold you into the person you want to become.
Take that lesson; be it trust, relationships, guilt, or whatever it is, and learn from it. Don’t carry the situation with you because it will manifest itself in others and you will relive the same lessons.

If you were born into a healthy environment, you learn love, trust, and stability, among other things. When you are not born into that type of environment, you have to focus on the kind of life you want to have and you have to constantly reinforce in yourself that you are worthy of having it. You have to re-create yourself and the events in your life so that you can start paving the way to a better life.

Look Beyond Your Fear!

Career change becomes a natural choice for many at some point in life, but it's an entirely different situation when you're forced to make a change, while the Nigeria jobless rate is increasing and  you're part of that statistic.
Instead of being desperate to take any job that comes along in this difficult market, now may be the time for you to finally make your career be about whatever is your true passion. Many people have discovered -- even in this economy -- that they could successfully do this with much less difficulty than they thought. You only have to look beyond your fear!
I've seen it happen over and over again as a corporate person and also as an artist. Friends of mine  who lose their jobs, sometimes after even long careers in their fields, realize they weren't really happy with what they were doing to make a living after all. But when they made a commitment to follow their passions -- what they love -- onto a new career path, usually the opportunities and money followed.

In Business and In Life, Trust Your Intuition

You’ve likely had numerous occasions in life where you had to make a major decision regarding careers, relationships, residences, investments, family, children, and other realms of life responsibilities that have significantly impacted your happiness, fulfillment, and contentment. What are the primary factors that formulate a correct decision? What influences have impacted your decision making process? Did you make a decision? Or were the fears of failure and/or rejection too strong to prevent you from being decisive? Do you ever employ faith or some spiritual influence as an ingredient in a decision?

Take Inventory of Your Life

You can never hope to move onto the path of sustainable success, where you will find meaning, value and fulfillment, unless you take inventory of your life first. Explore everything in your life and develop a clear understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. Take a really thorough look at everything and have the courage to let go or change the parts, which are not working and strive to nurture and develop the parts that are. You will get far more benefit from working on developing your strengths and finding people to support your weaknesses, than you will get from wasting energy trying to improve those areas of your life, where you have weaknesses. When you weed, water, nurture and plant new seedlings in your garden of success, you open yourself up to new opportunities, allow new people to come into your experience and almost as if by magic, new resources will also become available to you.

The "Netflix Effect": How Streaming Data is Changing the Way We Watch Movies

Have you ever wondered how Netflix decides what to recommend to you? Or how it know which movies are popular and which ones are not? Or ...
